WILL MY OLD ALERTS AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFER TO THE NEW NOTIFI ALERTS SYSTEM?
No. In order to receive account notifications, you will need to set-up your alerts using the Notifi Alerts system after it launches on April 26, 2021.

HOW DO I SIGN UP TO RECEIVE NOTIFI ALERTS?
On April 26th or later, when you Log in to Online Banking or Cash Management, you will be prompted to set up Alerts. You can also activate alerts by selecting the "Alerts" option located at the top right portion of the online banking screen. You can select which alerts you wish to receive and how you would like them to be delivered.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE AN EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER TO RECEIVE ALERTS?
When setting up alerts go to the "Contact Options" tab, click "Send Activation Code".
Type the code you receive into the "Activation" box.

CAN I CHOOSE NOT TO RECEIVE ALERTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?
Yes. When setting up alerts go to the "Contact Options" tab, scroll down to "Do Not Disturb" and click "Set Up".
Any alerts generated between the "Start Time" and "End Time" that you define here will be held until that period ends.

CAN I REVIEW PAST NOTIFI ALERTS?
Yes. Log on to Online Banking or Cash Management and go to the "Sent Alerts" screen.
- It displays a list of your Notifi Alerts with the details.
- You can mark past Notifi Alerts as "Read" or "Delete from here.
- You can also view past Notifi Alerts from our Mobile Banking app.

HOW DO I DELETE OR MODIFY ALERTS?
From the "Alert" screen, click the "Overview" tab to view all of your alerts.
Click to "Edit" or "Delete" any existing alert.

WHAT IS A PUSH NOTIFICATION?
When enrolled for push notification, a message will pop up on your mobile device anytime a specified Notifi Alerts threshold is met. You do not need to be logged in to receive the message. Push notifications look like text messages, but they only reach your device if our Mobile Banking App has been installed.

WILL ALL CUSTOMERS BE PROMPTED TO ENROLL AFTER NOTIFI ALERTS GO LIVE?
Yes, customers will be prompted to enroll in Notifi Alerts when logging in after the system is live on April 26, 2021.

DO I HAVE TO BE ENROLLED FOR ONLINE BANKING TO RECEIVE NOTIFI ALERTS?
Yes. You must be enrolled in Online Banking. You can set up alerts within Online Banking. Or you can choose to receive push notification alerts, which are set up through our Mobile Banking app.

CAN I USE ALERTS TO HELP GUARD AGAINST FRAUD?
Absolutely. We recommend that all customers set up Notifi Alerts to monitor account activity. When you activate Notifi Alerts you’ll know exactly what’s happening with your money, and you can watch for suspicious activity in real-time.

IS THERE A FEE TO RECEIVE ALERTS?
No. This is a FREE service; however, text message and data fees may be charged by your service provider to receive text alerts.

CAN I SEND ALERTS TO MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
Yes. When setting up alerts, the "Contact Options" tab has a link to add additional email addresses and text numbers.

CAN I SET UP ALERTS FROM THE MOBILE BANKING APP?
Yes. To set up push notifications through our Mobile Banking app, log on, select More from the main menu, then Alerts. Turn on Push Notifications. Once turned on, you can set up account alerts, security alerts, and view your recent history of alerts sent.
